    We use machines that are designed to cut metal sheets of various thicknesses and can be used to cut a variety of materials, including iron, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel. We can cut steel sheets from 3 to 8mm thick and from 1200 up to 3100 mm wide.

    CNC laser cutting is a process of cutting metal using a laser beam that is guided by a computer numerical control (CNC) system. The laser beam is focused on the metal workpiece, which is then melted, burned, or vaporized to create the desired shape. We can cut steel sheets from 3 to 20mm of  thickness (working table dimensions 2000x4000mm).

    CNC plasma cutting is a process that uses a computer numerical control (CNC) system to guide a high-definition plasma torch to cut through electrically conductive materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper 1. The CNC system controls the movement of the plasma torch, which is used to cut the metal workpiece into the desired shape. We can cut steel sheets thickness of 3-30 mm (working table dimensions 2000X6000mm).

Bending of Metal Sheets
  • CNC press ( power 250 t ): The CNC system controls the movement of the press brake, which is used to clamp the workpiece between a matching die and punch. The metal is then bent to the desired angle. With our CNC press (power 250 t) we can bend  sheets up to 10mm thick (max length of 6m)

Drilling of Rod Profiles and Pipes
  • CNC drill FICEP:
    CNC automatic steel drilling machines, manufacturers can produce high-quality and consistent results with minimal human intervention. These machines can handle various types of steel and can drill holes of different sizes and shapes of all types of profiles and pipes up to 12mm thick.

  • CNC shot blasting:
    Is a process used in the manufacturing and surface preparation industry to clean and prepare metal surfaces for further processing or finishing. The process involves using high-speed projectiles (such as steel shot, grit, or sand) to blast the metal surface, removing any rust, scale, or other surface contaminants. We can offer shot blasting of materials pile up for up to the level of Sa2 requirements.

  • MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding are two popular welding techniques used in the manufacturing and construction industries. MIG welding is an automated process that uses a wire electrode to join two metal surfaces together. The wire is fed through a welding gun, which also emits an inert gas to shield the weld from atmospheric contamination. TIG welding, on the other hand, is a manual process that uses a tungsten electrode to create an arc that melts the metal surfaces. The welder then manually adds a filler metal to the joint to join the two surfaces together. We offer welding of all types of structural steel by MIG and TIG process in accordance with EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090 (EXC3) standards.

  • Robotic MAG welding (working dimensions 2 x 5 m): Robotic MAG welding is a highly efficient and precise welding process that uses an electric arc to weld two materials together. The process involves feeding a coiled welding wire as an electrode through a wire feed unit to the torch tip, where it is melted in an arc. The molten material is then fused together using high heat. Robotic MAG welding is commonly used for sheet metal welding, mainly of steel.

  • High-quality coating of steel products involves the application of a layer of protective material on the surface of the steel to prevent it from rusting or corroding over time. The coating process typically involves cleaning the steel surface to remove any dirt, grease, or other contaminants that may affect the adhesion of the coating material. Once the surface is clean, a layer of primer is applied to the steel to further enhance the adhesion of the coating material. Finally, the actual coating material is applied to the steel surface using a variety of methods such as spraying, dipping, or rolling. The end result of a high-quality coating process is a steel product that is not only protected from the elements, but also looks good and lasts.
